1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Belloxpress services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree or are under 18, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Belloxpress provides comprehensive fulfillment and delivery services in Ghana including international receiving, warehousing, inventory management, order processing, pick & pack services, custom packaging, last-mile delivery, returns processing for vendors worldwide.

3. Service Areas and Delivery

We provide delivery services throughout Ghana including:

  • Same-day delivery within Accra metropolitan area
  • Next-day delivery to major cities (Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale)
  • 2-5 day delivery to all regions of Ghana
  • Express delivery options available for urgent shipments
4. International Vendor Services

For international vendors shipping to Ghana:

  • We provide a Ghana shipping address for your international shipments
  • Consolidation services for multiple shipments
  • Product inspection and quality control upon arrival
  • Inventory photography and condition reporting
5. User Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate shipping and product information including dimensions, weight, and value
  • Ensure products comply with Ghana import regulations and customs requirements
  • Pay all fees, charges, customs duties, and taxes on time
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and provide SKU information
  • Provide clear packaging and labeling instructions
  • Notify us of any special handling requirements
  • Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation
6. Prohibited Items

We do not handle the following items:

  • Illegal items, weapons, or controlled substances
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or dangerous goods
  • Perishable goods without proper refrigerated packaging
  • Items prohibited by Ghana customs regulations
  • Counterfeit or pirated goods
  • Live animals or plants
  • Items exceeding our size and weight limitations (contact us for specifics)
7. Pricing and Fees

Our pricing structure includes:

  • Receiving and inspection fees for international shipments
  • Storage fees based on space occupied and duration
  • Pick and pack fees per order processed
  • Delivery fees based on destination and service level
  • Additional fees for special handling, packaging materials, or express services
  • Customs clearance assistance fees (if applicable)
8. Liability and Insurance

Belloxpress maintains comprehensive insurance for goods in our custody. However:

  • Our liability is limited to the declared value of goods or actual value, whichever is lower
  • Maximum liability per incident is GH₵1000 unless higher coverage is purchased
  • We are not liable for delays due to customs, weather, or force majeure events
  • Customers are encouraged to maintain their own comprehensive insurance coverage
  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or discovery of damage
9. Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions:

  • Payment is due according to agreed terms (typically NET 30 for established accounts)
  • New customers may require prepayment or credit approval
  • Services may be suspended for accounts over 60 days past due
  • All fees are in Ghana Cedis unless otherwise specified
  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
10. Force Majeure

Belloxpress is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, customs delays, port congestion, or other force majeure events.

11. Data Protection and Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of customer information and comply with Ghana's Data Protection Act. Customer data is used solely for service provision and is not shared with third parties except as required for delivery services.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid and goods must be collected within 30 days or storage fees will continue to accrue.

13. Modifications to Services

Belloxpress reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. We may update pricing, service levels, or operational procedures as needed to maintain service quality.

14. Use of Website

Users must not misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that could harm our systems. We reserve the right to monitor usage and block access for violations.

15. Right to Decline Services

Belloxpress reserves the right to decline service to any customer or refuse to handle any shipment that violates our terms, poses safety risks, or is not suitable for our operations.

16. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery policy includes:

  • Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made for each shipment
  • Recipients will be contacted before each delivery attempt
  • After 3 failed attempts, packages will be returned to our facility
  • Storage fees apply for packages awaiting re-delivery
  • Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery attempts
17. Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing legal action, parties agree to:

  • First attempt informal resolution through direct communication
  • Engage in good faith negotiations for 30 days
  • Consider mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
  • Waive rights to participate in class action lawsuits
  • Resolve disputes individually through Ghana courts if informal resolution fails
18. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes will be resolved in Ghana courts.
