Returns

At BelloXpress, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items that are damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare products)
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note that:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered).

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to arrange for an exchange.
